The house is a large terraced house with lots of space there are two shared bathrooms, kitchen and utility room, well furnished and fully equipped. The house is located in Shotton ideal for Deeside Industrial Park and all motor way links to Chester and North Wales, Merseyside and Manchester.

We have a large double room available for a couple at £160/wk. This room has a double bed, wardrobe and drawer unit. The rent includes all the bills, gas electricity, water rates and council tax with nothing more to pay. The house is well maintained and is accredited by Flintshire County Council. The other tenants in the house are hard working people in their 30-40's. This is a great house. We take 4 weeks rent as the deposit, no other fees apply. The house also comes with free broadband.
